Okay, seriously.  What do you mean?  There are lots of services that will
help you obtain good search engine placement.  There are all kinds of
advertising options, the most common being pay-per-click advertising in
engines like Google and Overture (to name just two).  Then there are the
lower-budget solutions like WebRings.
