[thelist] small CSS quirk problems, in IE6 and Firebird

hi all! so i'm experiencing 2 small CSS quirks, one in each browser.

when the site is viewed in Firebird, there is a small 1px alignment 
error on the top right corner of the top menu. however, this only 
appears if there is a vertical scroll bar on the page. if this isn't 
there, there isn't this 1px error. any ideas what is causing this and 
how to fix it?

when the site is viewed in IE6, the two light blue boxes blend together 
and there is NO 1px solid white line like there is in Firebird. any idea 
how to fix the margins so this doesn't happen?
