[thelist] Problem with external CSS files on IIS 6.0, Windows 2003

I'm trying to get CSS work in a normal HTML-page on a IIS 6.0 on Windows
2003 server. When I view the HTML-page normally, e.g. through IE locally,
Dreamweaver etc., it works great! But when I view the page through IE via
the IIS 6.0 on Windows 2004 the CSS doesn't affect the HTML document. If I
type the CSS name directly into IE it shows on the screen. Does anyone else
experiences the same problem? If so, did you manage to get it work?

Here is a sample of the code so you can see the reference is correct
(mylook.css is located is same folder):
