You could paste it into HomeSite, switch to Browse mode, and
copy the resulting output... But of course that's not very automated.

Can anyone recommend a tool to convert encoded html files back to html.
The page came from an Excel save web page output that has xml data
blocks that I need to rewrite. Here is a short extract of the data block
that I would like to see decoded.

<param name=XMLData
value="<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml
xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml"

xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"

xmlns:x="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel">

<x:WebChart>
 <x:Palette>

<x:Entry>#000000</x:Entry>

<x:Entry>#FFFFFF</x:Entry>

<x:Entry>#FF0000</x:Entry>&#
