[thelist] A Question Asked about powerpoint 97 answer needed

In search the internet one of your members asked the following question

I know lots of folks don't like this "feature" but it's something I've got
to use. In PowerPoint 97, the "Save as HTML" feature was messy but still
better than the "Save as a Web Page" feature of PPT2K. So I tried to load
the old PPT97 program onto a machine with the new PPT2K already on it (in a
new folder). Everything works fine EXCEPT (insert screams of anguish here)
the blankety-blankin' blank blank one feature I want...Save as HTML, which
is grayed out!! I've checked the files and there's nothing strange about
them (not read only, archives or anything else.) I loaded the whole PPT97
program from the original disk, nothing missing there, all the options for
it were selected. It just doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Any ideas
(other than getting help to throw the computer through the window) on how to
get this thing to work or where online I can find the missing/malfunctioning
component online? (Apparently it's not on the CD.)

Thanks in advance.

is the morning." And as He spoke He no longer looked to them like a lion.
