waiting for an answer.

They have FLASH on-line. Pretty good course. You can take the first few
modules for free. If you find it is worth your while, you can buy it for
$100. Or you can subscribe to the service for $30 a month.

I generally purchase the month option whenever I need a course. Then I can
freely poke around at the other stuff too.
