Anyone have a suggestion for a free/low-cost newsletter management app 
for asp/vb?  Access-based, support for CDONTS and ASPMail...  There seem 
to be a number of options on HotScripts, etc but I tend to trust 
Evolters' recommendations over anonymous reviews/ratings. 

This is basically to be used once or twice, until I get go-ahead from 
client to do the rebuild for my client after the December holiday season.
