[thelist] Guestbook script

A client has asked me to set up a couple of Web sites honoring clients of
theirs who recently passed away. They want each of these sites to have
guestbooks.

I've never set up a guestbook before (I don't much care for the things). Any
suggestions? The server we're putting this on is Linux, with MYSQL and PHP
available.
