Brian,

	You're probably not going to find a way to populate an ASP.NET
1.x control without using VB, C#, or some other appropriate language
(unless you're using EasyListBox or another third-party control that
supports no-code databinding).
	Are you familiar with the <script runat="server"> syntax that
lets you code in a page, or are you using Visual Studio (which sets
things up with a somewhat different structure)?

This example uses vb.net. My web site uses asp.net. This is a good 
example if I was creating a compiled app.
