I have a server through theplanet.com and have no issues with them at 
all.  there service is great, and prices are very reasonable.  I used to 
be hosted through rackshack, but moved last year to the planet, and IMO, 
our server with the same specs, is a better system.  Plus, they do auto 
tape back ups as part of the hosting plan, along with on-site techs 
which have basic eyes/hands support as part of the package as well 
(reboots, etc)
