[thelist] no forms from with user controls?

	Generally, if you're going to use a form tag, you use a user
control *inside* the form, so another form wouldn't make sense.

I'm building a page with dynamic content, and one of the possible
content displays has a form in it.


I am THIS CLOSE to scraping this asp.net stuff and doing this site in
classic asp.
