We always use Geotrust. Their prices and compatibility are excellent. It's
also possible to find resellers that sell the same certs cheaper than
Geotrust themselves - like this one: http://ssl247.com/

I've gotten a GeoTrust cert and have had no problems. Very fast service. 
Cheap.
