k, just checking. Sometimes (had it happen) little things like that

If rarely, then it must be less than the frequency of confusion
you're dealing with now, right? Sounds like a good tradeoff to me :)

Also, you could move the login requirement to /after/ the submission,
allowing managers to login at that time to step around the approval
process. So as a guest, I see a message that tells me I can log in,
otherwise the content I just submitted is subject to review. If I'm a
manager, I login and poof! it's done. Whatcha think?
