[thelist] Contribute 3 + SSI

Hello Evolters,

My client wants to use Contribue to edit content on his site.  Does 
anyone know how to make Contribute recognize .html files as SSI-enabled? 
  I want Contribute to display static includes (header and footer) while 
editing.
