Hi,


I've just visited About.com's Marketing website [1], and just like I've 
seen on many websites, they have a header that stays "fixed" when the 
page scroll. In this particular case, it asks if you want to join their 
newsletter.

Their code is really hard to read, so I can't figure out how it's done.

Is there a resource that you know of that shows how to do this - in a 
standards-compliant/backward compatible fashion?
