I have resolved the printer issue by creating separate "print this"
pages that use 'standard' printer fonts like 'Times', etc.
The pages are formated to 650px wide.
All of which is css driven. :)

This method works real nice with dynamic sites.
Pdf pages would be fine for static sites.
