I don't understand on what basis the news thing scrolls. It seems to stop 
at indeterminate spots. I'd expect it to stop maybe at every header. I saw 
that I could mouseover to stop the movement but generally I found it 
scrolled a bit too fast.

Also, I'm not sure but perhaps making the headline the link rather than the 
blurb (of the news) would be more obvious. And having the character counter 
setup so it doesn't crop in the middle of words.

It seems that index2.php - the page you're taken to when you pass the flash 
movie is actually "Quienes somos". If so, shouldn't that page be marked as 
active in the nav bar?

I think you've got some typos on the "Nuestros productos" page, mostly 
missing spaces. For example, second paragraph under "PREPARADO PARA EL 
FUTURO" you have
"Con SAP Business One,su organización" - no space between the comma and su. 
Also second paragraph under "TODO PARA SU BENEFICIO" - "SAP Business Onepara"

The photos on the right of each page are a good design element, but to me 
they look to generic, like stock photography. Doesn't say anything about 
the company.

You've got a logo in the top lefthand corner. Standard behaviour for logos 
in that position on a website is they link back to the home page. (Like 
John said though, I don't think you should be linking back to the Flash 
page. It's bad enough to have to see it once - link to the Quienes Somos 
page instead.)

And finally, I think you need a bit of padding between the content and the 
dotted border to the right of the main content area.
