[thelist] do not use the javascript: link protocol - why? (was: collapsible elements without using IDs)

Errr..... onclick="Javascript:foo()" is redundant. onclick="foo()" is 
enough. Therefore I  assumed Javascript: links to be ones without any 
real HREF.
