especially with world ship

you can generate the tracking number and email the receipent within the
program, and with international shipments generate all the necessary
paperwork

they also have an end of day feature which tells ups that you have packages.

this helps when the driver shows up for 6 and you have 5 where they are
supposed to be,,,,gives you the chance to round up the 6th one

also you have the ability to email the customer with the tracking number so
thay can track their package and not call you asking where it is.

also on the fraud side you can get a copy of the delivery signature
documents which cuts down on the I didn't get it routine...
