No. For that matter neither does Mozilla. Opera is the only browser that 
does anything with Cookie2s AFAIK.

RFC 2965 never really caught on. Cookies in practice are defined by the 
nasty old Netscape document or RFC2109, but with 4-digit years instead of 2.
