[thelist] Putting an RSS feed into a site

On phpclasses.org   or hotscripts.com there are some RSS reading scripts...
some for php4.X some allready for php5.

The idea of caching and storing are well,,,, should be part of RSS itself an 
add -on for the protocol so to speak, but the disucssion is there,
but no decision yet i think.

Why should there be something like that: Well becuase of bandwidth, 
allthough being much cheaper than it used to be,
a allready heavy visited site with many others colleting the rss info would 
create even more...

We are reading RSS to send in to a chatsite-chatrooms :) my clients will 
definitelylike it!
