[thelist] PHPDoc out of memory error

Hi, I'm trying to generate docs with PHPDoc, but when I run it on a 
fairly big source tree it craps out with a memory error:

FATAL:  emalloc():  Unable to allocate 4176 bytes

I've upped the memory_limit in my php.ini to a huge value, and am not 
running in safe mode.
I've upgraded php and phpcli (4.3.10) to see if that helps, but still 
get the same error.

Machine specs (this is my home PC): Pentium 4 3.0 GHz, 1GB DDR RAM

I tried increasing the amount of virtual memory but that doesn't have an 
effect.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
