[thelist] Tip: Screen capturing digital video

Snag-It from TechSmith is great for this.  It's not free, and they do have a
trial.  But the cost of the software is worth it - in my opinion.  Has far
too many uses not to have.  I believe there are others out there that do
similar, but not sure of names/costs.
