Looking for an (X)HTML/CSS/JS person.  Must be able to hand code in
standards based, be able to work with the designer without steping on
their toes :)  Looking for an ongoing relationship/partnership.  JS
doesnt have to be own, just so long as you can implement it properly.

Please reply offlist with hourly rate and examples, as well as typical
time for 2-3 page templates for sites.  Average time I know that
complex designs or lots of js and dhtml can be a pain.
