Although, depending on their level of motivation, users can "almost"
always find a way to save it.
Technically, it's a download wheter it's a file or a stream (sicnce data
travels down the wire to the user) and I think you'll just have to be
comfortable with the idea that some users will find a way to save the
songs or whatever you provide. You can't be totally sure the user is
using, say flash, and isn't spoofing it.
Ask yourself if the "harm" caused by downloaders (perhaps a limited
number) is greater by the "good" that provoding the music online does to
you. For a most bands, I'd wager that the benefits would be greater, but
your conclusion depends on your level of paranoia more than anything.
