You already reported it to the ISP, etc, so that's good.  Unless he's 
using a new card number each time, it's not worth going beyond that. 
Just make sure your reseller and Authorize.Net have it on record that 
you reported this activity to them, and that you have taken steps to 
counteract it, lest you be held in some degree responsible.  That is 
especially true for e-commerce merchants, who are generally considered 
guilty until proven innocent by the merchant account underwriting

In your shoes, I would also send a message to the fraudster to cease and 
desist, that you have reported him, and that he will face charges if he 
does not stop.  Of course this depends on his having entered an 
authentic email address...  <shrug>
