Firstly, im not sure of the homepage - reminds me of a splash page or
a flash intro - no imformation and quite pointless as once your inside
you will click on clonsultant or client anyway.

Most imoprtantly you have not put any alt text on your images or on
your image map.

  add alt text to image map:  <area shape="#" coords="#" href="#"
alt="Consultants">

You have used fixed font sizes, explorer cannot enlarge/decrease fixed
sizes, change to % or em.

The site could do with more information.

The contact info could appear on evey page.

The contact page should be a web form to prevent email harvesting.
