Yes, but as i explained off-list how can you ensure that the data only
gets sent as an email? Using a third party tool for sending data 
visitors enter is a really unprofessional thing to do.
Your visitor trusts you by entering her data in your web site, and
doesn't want it to be sent to a third party without her consent. What
better way to mine for data or even advertise/spam than offering "free
email" stuff?

Remotely hosted email forms might have had a reason to be in 1998, but
by now webspace  is so cheap and almost every server comes either with
PHP or predefined cgi scripts that it is  just ridiculous to use them.
If you  have to use them you have to tell the visitor so in your 
privacy statement.
