i will agree that you have to dig deeper with tech support sometimes to 
get an answer.  as for your friend's experience, i can't say.  i got the 
business package with the domains included and don't have that problem. 
  except for having to dig deeper at times, i have had no complaints 
with the support; besides, i'm not much of a tech so i can't address 
some of the issues that would concern you about their service.
