[thelist] How do I submit a single form thru either of two linksusing JavaScript AND pass a hidden value depending on the link?

So you'd rather make the designer happy than do the right thing and make it
accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they have scripting enabled or
not?

Using scripting isn't necessary, btw.  Using CSS, you could have just as
easily made those buttons look like links (though that has it's own set of
usability issues).

That may be true today, but you don't know what tomorrow holds.
Accessibility laws in the future may make your solution unacceptable.  With
the knowledge today that it was unnecessary, you could be the one liable for
the fix at your own expense.
