Graphic design is not my forte, I don't know all the tips and tricks.

I tried to create an AntiPixel-styled XML button for my site, but notice how
blurry it is compared to the ones direct from AntiPixel.

Any tips on making my image more "crisp"?

I use fireworks for my web graphics btw.
