Hey guys, need some help, check this out:

Well everything is easy enough, however that cable graphic having
trouble with. That paragraph of text is ALWAYs below that graphic no
matter what I do/try. If I can get that to be on top I can adjust the
margins so the text is closer to the actual cable (had to use a lot of
white space because of the fade on the black and blue bars and it's
rectangular).

Any ideas how to bring that text up on the graphic? Then I should be
good, thanks!
