Yes indeed! It seems that we often consider only text as "real" content, 
and images, sounds, etc. as just some kind decoration... And every web 
developer there who thinks that Flash animations are simply a bad thing 
please raise your hand... hmm... I see quite a few hands there!

But very often the message can not be conveyed verbally, and some things 
are best expressed by an animation.

Even when it feels empty of light, the human head is fairly heavy... 
neck muscles in turn are quite light, so hanging your head eight hours 
daily will cause problems.

If your screen's top is about at the level of your eyes when you sit 
upright, you'll avoid having to "carry" your head's weight.

Another surprisingly heavy thing is your arm. Make sure your arms are 
relaxed when your hands are on the keyboard, and you'll have happy 
shoulders.

And even the slightest flexion of your wrists will over time cause some 
serious pain... keep 'em as straight as you can.
