This is a new one for me.  I've always had the three options. Hrmm.  I 
suspect that it has to do with the video drivers/monitor settings.  Make 
sure its detected the correct monitor type.

Here is something you could try, in the Settings tab click Advanced, and 
  increase the DPI.
