[thelist] Good WYSIWYG Editor

I have a client with two sites. One of his sites uses a proper CMS and 
has funding etc. The other site has no funding but the owners are 
basically satisfied with it and update it actively. They use a software 
package called DreamWeaver Version 3. Some of you may have read about 
such a software package--I believe it was available for purchase 
sometime late last century. :)

Anyhow, they are willing now to consider upgrading to something 
different. Upgrading to the current DreamWeaver is probably more than 
they want to spend. They use DreamWeaver 3 for nothing more than basic 
WYSIWYG HTML editing. They have been using it for FTP also, but since it 
has proven buggy, I am introducing them now to Filezilla.

Can anyone suggest an alternative WYSIWYG editor?
