Getting in on this thread rather late...

I've had Plesk, Cpanel, and Hsphere for clients, and Cpanel ended up
being the favorite.

Some found the Plesk interface confusing, their newer version is better
tho', imho. The Hsphere is probably the prettiest, but the way you need
to do some things isn't always clear and ended up with more support
tickets than what I expected from the software. Hsphere didn't have all
the bells and whistles Cpanel did either, and as my clients are split
fairly evenly between designers and non-devs, the more features the
better. Support tickets from clients for Cpanel are almost nil too,
that's my favourite feature.
