[thelist] making files 'writable'

Hello,

I am trying to run an install on a blogger directory on my server and
on the install page it list several files which are 'unwritable'.

the error message continues to say:

'This will involve chmodding the folders and files with your ftp
client ( if you're not using ftp you probally know what do do here ).
Permissions should either be 775. If that doesn't work, 777 will.

I am using fetch ftp on the mac. Anyone know how to change the CHMOD
and make these files writable?
