he did receive permission because the site is down and he cannot post 
there... these posts, while part of his job as a recruiter, are 
appropriate to this community and some members may benefit from 
seeing them... just because no discussion is required does not make 
them automatically off-topic... and he has been clear in his 
subject...

i will grant you two points:
	- a <tip> would be nice, but i don't consider it necessary
	- an [OT] would be nice, but i don't consider it necessary

if anyone here considers his posts spam, filter him now...

otherwise, let's kill this thread and get back to discussing things 
like jungle gyms and why they don't make desert gyms... or is that 
what a sandbox is?
