Perhaps I should clarify: The burgundy background with the beige stripe 
is not the image I'm referring to. If you view the page in IE, you'll 
see that the sepia image that contains the header title is in a large 
image that fades to beige. In FF, that background doesn't show in the 
Navigation and Content layers. I already have the background image 
declared in the Container div.
