[thelist] How do you extract money from people over the internet?

You know, I've read some of those, and I can't figure out how those things happened.  Maybe they're true accounts, but I never hear about them from anybody I know.

So none of you have experienced any trouble with Paypal? Like them 
closing down accounts and things like that ? I found a lot of rather 
unpleasant information on the net.
It's hard to know how exceptional these are.
