[thelist] Redrawing issues of a dynamic table effect in Fx an d Op

Maybe you fixed it already, but when I look at it in opera (v8.02), I don't 
see anything wrong... the only issue I see is that the colums change width 
as you open and close the tables, but that issue seems to be present in FF(
1.0.4) for the CD table.
