[thelist] hosting recommendation for streaming video

Hi,

I have a client who needs to stream a decent amount of video -  
although it's hard to say specifically how much. He'll be putting up  
his portfolio - he creates ads for a living.

Does the list have any recommendations for web hosts who offer good  
service, a decent amount of bandwidth (bonus if they offer a wide  
range of plans and don't excessively punish folks for going over  
their limit) plus any sort of services running that would aid in  
streaming video?
