this isn't a shot at anyone, but i do want to point out one thing we 
often forget when posting a client site with name and/or URL and 
asking for feedback:

anybody searching for information on said client may come across 
these posts...

good, bad, or indifferent, we should all take care when posting 
client addresses/names to thelist, since often thelist archives rank 
pretty highly within google...

much as i dislike the tinyURL thingie, using that, or otherwise 
obfuscating the address ain't always bad...

after all, consider i searched for said client and stumbled across 
Ken's post... his post is his opinion, and there is nothing wrong 
with his opinion (regardless of whether or not you agree with it), 
but as Joe Noob looking for the site, how might i react to this post? 
do i understand Ken has no affiliation with them?

would it make me less or more likely to buy? would i care?
