Take a look at domainsite.com
Their prices are good and their interface is very clean, no ads or other 
annoying clutter. They've also got some slick features such as email alerts 
if someone attempts to login to your account with wrong password.

Just note that the $6.99 basic hosting is only available for the first year 
of registration.
