Hi Ed,
For decent rates, all your features (with fantastic customer admin tools), and great support, I always recommend CrystalTech ( www.crystaltech.com ). All my sites and clients' sites are hosted there: www.easylistbox.com, www.dtcreports.com, and www.aspdll.net are a few if you want to test response time...
Should you go with them, my domain is brunone.com if you feel like kicking me a referral fee (I get ten bucks, I think). Anyway, they're my top recommendation after years of trying others (and the others were quite trying).
If you want more expensive hosting, go with www.orcsweb.com ; I used to host there, but I couldn't afford it during the bad years, and CT gave me everything I needed and more so I never looked back.
Cheers,
Peter

A client is using 1and1, paying $10/month. Apparently, when 1and1 says
their tech support is "24/7", they're talking about minutes on hold
and calls required to resolve the problem.
We need MS SQL 2000, ASP 3.0, 14/7 English-language tech support, and
moderate bandwidth. And we can pay a bit more than $10.
I'm looking for someone you've had good experience with.
