You can leave links to non-secure pages, just not page elements that
the browser is going to request to complete page loading. So, your nav
could still have references to non-secure pages with http:.
Alternatively, you could have the redirect to the thank you page
redirect to the fully qualified URL:
http://yourserver.com/cart/thankyou.php
