I am sorry that I did not get right back to you. I got side tracked
yesterday.
The main part of it is setting up the task to allow it to run at a specific
time.
You do a new task (right click and create new) and then follow the
wizard.

Once you are done, then you can go in and edit it so that it runs when you
need it to.
