Our organization is interested in sending out formatted emails.
   
  Can anyone point me to a good online source on creating formated emails using both .asp and php? 
   
  Also, I've read lots of articles on the web regarding the dangers with viruses etc. using formatted emails. 
  I don't know how recent these articles are.  Is this something we should consider?
