Hi m.j.milicevic, Yes, you are right, I tried your fla file, and it worked, Then again, the origional swf file worked on FF without preload, and IE (after adjusting the placement of the code) Anyway, now I learned that I should put a preload when I do my troubleshoot. thanks for your valuable lesson, really appreciated your help!
