Rob,

As Brian mentioned CDONTS is decrecated in Windows
2003 server. 

If that is the issue (your site is on a Windows 2003
server) and you wish to continue using the CDONTS
code, ask their tech support to copy the CDONTS dll
file from a Windows 2000 server to your server.

I will try testing CDONTS through one of my websites
and get back to you in an hour or so.
